You tele we dont listen

The word says that you to anyone we are not going to change. They not even listen to anyone. I don’t know how they going to run there business. They have put lots of money to capture broadband market some of poor people like us become full by seeing those add.


I had used You telecom service for three to two months and they have provided the customer follow up till six months. I had clear my all dues and email them about that I am not at all interested in there service, this was happened in the month of December 2007 and after that they keep on adding my bill and asking me to pay for the bill I had already given written complaint and the refund issue was started in the month of January 2008 and till march this people harass me keep on sending SMS reminding me that I had taken service from them. Till date I am waiting for refund and the call center people told me that someone will get back to me on this matter.


Finally I got my deposit money for the modem which is 500 rupees after lots of struggle the application for the refund money send on January 2008 and according to the Youtele com policy the refund should happened in 30 days time and they have sent me the deposit amount cheque in the month of June 2008. My MTNL Bill amount would be same as the refund amount and the mental stress which I had gone through.
