This message is directed to everybody willing to take a new internet broadband connection.
Here is my experience with one of the ISP i.e. IQARA.
In short, I would say that out of 3 months of association with IQARA broadband connction, I could only use their servics for 20 days. They have lots of technical irregularities with no technical manpower to solve them and ultimately we are the one who suffers. Even in the last 3 months I woud have made not less than 40 calls to request their customer service executive to rectify the problems, but no response is received till date. I deal in tendering aspect of infrastructure and transportation inductry and my association with IQARA has made me loosing lots of opportunities because of its worst services.
I would not at all recommend IQARA at all and would request them to shut down their services if they ae not in a position to service the market demands.
We should rather insist the relevant Indian governing body to proide licences to such companies to serve the customers for such an impotant requiement of today, only after a due chck and with lots of panelty clauses in case of default.
