My cousin recently bought the Vivo iQOO Z9s Pro, and unfortunately, he didn’t like it. Despite the impressive specs on paper, the phone didn’t live up to expectations. The Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chip, while decent, didn’t offer the smooth performance we expected—lag was noticeable in demanding apps and games. The absence of an expandable memory slot was a major drawback, especially for a device in this price range.
The camera, advertised as 50 MP with OIS, performed poorly in low light, producing grainy and underwhelming photos. Additionally, the lack of an NFC feature in 2024 is baffling, as its a basic necessity now. The battery life was another disappointment, draining faster than expected, even with the 5500mAh capacity.
For ?24, 998, my cousin felt there are better options with more reliable performance and features. He regrets the purchase and wouldn’t recommend it.
