Company of Unethical practices. Does not provide any comp-off for weekend work to Indian IT support, even though law says it. If you ask for weekend work comp-off they will ask you to write a summary of daily work that is being done along with timing . If you reach HR they will refrain from writing anything. They will not help you, they will supress you.
Monika HR , VP Animesh , Director Shampa , and Arumugam Gnana . Be cautious they work together to lower support cost , hence they do not believe in providing comp-off for off hour work.
All in management is fully aware about this, but money matters.
Do not expect any kind of justice in Iqvia, they are trained to handle complaints. They will speak sweetly when you complaint them of unlawful activity. But they will not write any MOM so that you have an evidence of their wrong.
I left Iqvia and reported all unlawful activity it was doing. But Money Matters. Yes Iqvia saving thousands of dollar every month by not providing any comp-off to weekend.
No job security. Very opaque processes.
