Irada is hindi novel published by Tulsi paper books and written by Shagun Sharma, son of veteran writer Ved Prakash Sharma.
Story Plot: This novel is about organized crime in Delhi. There are 3 Syndicates, Navratna Pasha - the most powerful and ruling syndicate, Ramraj Shukla - Rival of Navratna Pasha and comparitively very less in terms of power and the third one Khanderav Patil - The weakest syndicate.
Navratna Pasha is the current crime king and has illegal business of liquor, property and some white collared businesses but the most profitable was illegal liquor. He creates liquor and supply to Ghaziabad to Muzaffar nagar belt with the help of supplier Harish Sodhi. He has a Son named Armaan Pasha and a daughter. Armaan has a dream of becoming star of Bollywood and has no interest in syndicate while his sister wanted to become doctor but she became layer due to the circumstances of Navratna Pasha’s syndicate. Armaan has a friend named Navin who is a simple guy and also a lover named as Payal whi is daughter of common man who is lecturer in Delhi Univ.
Ramraj Shukla is the second crime lord in Delhi and mainly in spurious drugs business. He always wants to become wine king but as per the underworld rule, no one can cross paths with other’s businesses. He is lesser than navratna Pasha but wanted to join hands with harish Sodhi but Navratna Pasha come to know this thing. He warned him in amicable ways but Ramraj Shukla played a foul game against him and gives clues to CBI against Navratna Pasha. CBI raids on Navratna Pasha’s spots and fill chargesheet against navratna Pasha. Pasha gets effective strokes and wanted for peace moment. He meets Umesh Sanyasi the CM of Delhi as Umesh is working with Ramraj Shukla but Umesh taunts on him of being coward. Navratna Pasha warns Umesh and tells him that Umesh’s daughter is in his custody. For proof he shows a finger cut-off from her hand.
Umesh Snyasi meets Ramraj Shukla to do something. Khanderav patil sends some men to Navratna Pasha’s house to kill Umesh’s Daughter and lighten up the fury of animosity between Ramraj Shukal & umesh and NAvratna Pasha. Navratna Pasha locates Vibhishan in his group but Vibhishan suicided in front of him by saying that Pasha will kill him in both condition if he tells the name or doesn’t. Navratna would not know about Kahnaderav Patil.
Though Ramraj Shukla Attacks Armaan and Navin on the way they go to meet Payal’s father to take revenge of umesh’s daughter death. Armaan gets injured brutally but managed to survive as naveen was there to save him while he was injured too. Navratna gets very angry on attack on his son and wanted a revenge but at the same time Inspector Jhala arrives with handcuffs to arrest Navratna. Navratna asks for 24 hours of time from Jhala. As Jhala owed some obligation by Navratna, he shoots himself in knee for alliby and let him free for 24 hours.
Navratna Pasha sends a container filled with high intensity inflammable liquid to the house of Shukla and killed all house memebr but Shukla and his son managed to survive.
Shukla kidnaps daughter of Pasha and ask him to meet. He guided him to the way of his daughter. In the way Pasha and gang sees an Audi car with Z black glasses. Shukal instructed him to open the door on phone to see his daughter. The moment Pasha opens the door, bomb explodes and all key members along with Pasha die. Now Ramraj Shukla is the new crime lord. In parallel to the plot 2 terrorist and one drug lord from Mexico meets to spread the business in Delhi but the hurdle is that Delhi is equipped with legal bodies and security agencies. Also it is not near to the coast like Mumbai. That is the reason that Delhi has no organized crime syndicate compared to Mumbai.
Armaan was broken by heart and wanted to meet shukal to know about his sister. He visits his house and come to know that Shukla’s son and all the gang members raped her till she was dead. Ramraj Shukal and Gang insulted him to the extent of hell and pointed a gun to fire on him. But he was saved by Khanderav Patil’s Gang. The Unowned gang of navratna pasha is captured by Ramraj Shukla. Armaan meets Payal and wanted to take revenge from Shukla. Khanderav Patil gives him hand and explains his motive to become crime lord of Delhi as well as show him the way to complete his revenge.
In a club owned by Shukla, Armaan sees Shukla’s son, Umesh Sanyasi, Harish Sodhi. He kills Umesh and Harish but ties Shukla’s son with a bomb. Shukla arrives and see the situation try to free his son from bomb but it explodes and Ramraj Shukla along with the gang die.
Patil is the new power but he gets afraid by the courage of Armaan that he killed Ramraj Shukla and key members on his own, he can kill him as well. Armaan comes to know about it. Patil hires a killer Kripa who killed an IAS officer in front of everyone by running tractor over him. Armaan disguised as pilot of helicopter and when Patil and his ‘right hand’ were in helicopter, he jumped off in a river and copter explodes.
Now Armaan becomes the new crime lord with Navin as his right hand, Kripa as a killer in his gang and join hands with drug lord and terrorists. He rules Delhi more brutally compared to Pasha and become most wanted by CBI. CBI finds clue against him about killing Ramraj Shukla and Gang, Khanderav Patil, Terrorist activities, joining hands with drug lord and other illegal business including contract killing and all. Also Armaan killed an ATS (Anti-terrorist Specialist) officer by bomb planted in car. CBI raids on every hot spots of Armaan and issue a “Death warrant” against him. He panicked and try to run but in the end Payal shots him in an emotional conversation and apparently shots herself too. The remaining gang members were already killed by CBI.
