I tried to book train ticket on irctc for two person from delhi to banglore . Irctc showing fully feature and step by step procedure .
It was showing all good but in the last time of booking when I enter otp they deducted my 7670 rs from my account and shows error .
My money debited but ticket not booked .
Very bad service . It was happens on 16 when I was booking for 18 . I am trying to make call to irctc site but always busy and also mailed to care@irctc.co.in but no response till now .
What I do now .
Don’t book direct from irctc try to book via aishwaryasingh23tm or other app so your money will be in safe hand .
Irctc fraud .
