I had a very bad experience with this application that I am explaining to you here. I used this app before some time . one day I was booking my ticket for rajokt to anand city in gujarat. but there was a problem that they are booking my ticket on 10 november 2017 insteand of 3 nov. 2017. I booked this ticket for three times but every time they are booking my ticket on 10th november. also the amount of three tickets deducted from my bank account and it is about 720 rs. I tried to contact IRCTC help center but they are not connecting and one audiotape is ringing and that balance also cut from my phone balance and I was not connecting to the help center. there is no portable help center in my city from my home. And after that I cancelled two tickets and they cut 120 rs. for each ticket cancellation . what is this? first they are booking on wrong date and after that they know that we will cancel our ticket and they earn minimum 120 rs. for each ticket. when I go to train on 3rd november there is already one conformed booking of my seat of another person. so you can now see that IRCTC booked my ticket on 10 nov. 2017. I got no seat for setting and I came anand in stand up position. IRCTC make a big fraud with me that I can not forgot and it is real incident. I am uploading a real screenshot recording video of my vivo phone on you tube. please check a link given below for proof . I am a student so I don’t know that what to do in this situation and I lost my 240 rs. and however I can not get seat in train on 3rd november . so actually I lost my whole 240+120+120= 480 rs. on IRCTC booking . please never use this app, this is my own suggestion.
And I am requesting to mouthshut to do something for this problem if possible.
