IRCTC connect is easily handleable while booking online ticket . Most of the case it has advantage in some extent it is not fully reliable.Though IRCTC connect has improved and upgraded lots than previous version till it has not reached that efficiency level where we can blindly rely on it.Previously we could not book ticket from mornig 8 to 12.At the new upgraded apps that limitation has been removed.Though it has tatkal, premium tatkal and booking for ladies cota but during heavy traffic condition it breaks down ond during payment at the last moment it shows server error in the busy time.Also during logging in it somtime shows problem.While booking for tatkal ticket from railway counter if you sand 1st at the beginning of tatkal 99.99% you will get confirmed ticket. But while booking for e-ticket there will alwas stay a doubt whether you will get confirmed ticket .The doubt is comparatively more in case of booking from apps than through IRCTC website opening from browser .Also here another problem is that directly you can not print ticket from apps.
