6 months ago I downloaded this app for booking my train tickets to puri in ordisha,
so I searched for best train possible on our date of journey.
As a first time user of the app I found it little bit of difficult to understand the differeneces between available and tatkal tickets, at first I totally misunderstood this and thought that the tickets are available on that date,
but after visting the ticket booking counter on the station, I found that there are no seats available on the same date.
So with my experience I think it’s quite useful app but needs to improve the ui for better and details informations.
It’s not so user friendly specially for the first time users, you need a little bit of time to understand it.
