I am not a guy who travailing a lot but I am frequently using IRCTC official website for booking rail tickets for my relatives of family members who are travailing a lot. by the way in this review I am just wanted to know why they are not improving the website in large scale I mean I notice some very miner changes but still according to me this site needs a huge redevelopment in many areas.
Website loading time:-
Its quit improved if you are comparing it from the few years back websites but most of time it was taking little extra time to load witch people like me won’t like so please improve your servers guys.
=Login period(serious issue):-==
Each and every time they ask you to log in again I know they wanted to keep your account secure and safe but I don’t think this is the only way to make account secure people like me are just wasting there time to log in again and again.
==Refund issue:-=
Most of time or even in my case each and every time they are not refunding amount quickly they take many days to respond or give refund our amount back.( I am not sure but I think they are refund our amount manually but this is really time taking process for them and for us to wait if they are doing it manually so try to make it automatically refund process.)
Why advertisement:-
According to me This is totally unofficial I don’t think they need to advertise on India’s official Railway website I don’t know how much they are making but are you sure you need this little amount of money with the help of advertisement.
Mobile app is totally non user friendly:-
finally they are offering app based service it is good for regular user but what about newbie.
If you guys haven’t tried it please try it and let me know how was your experience in the comment section, mine was really bad and I thought website is also not good bu this is only the first and last option for ticketing & booking stuff.
The official’s are might be working on the website but they are really taking huge long time to make any change or might be they are really not working for improvement( I don’t no).
