Bad experience during tatkal booking,dalal raaz

Though IRCTC website has improved a lot. But still its need some revolution in e-ticket booking with some ease and better customer experience.


During April this year, I had to book two tickets for my mother and father. Every-time when I log into it, just within 1 minutes all tickets were gone.


Even my family has to wait for 5 days during that period to get a confirm tatkal ticket. At last my father has to get into the ticket counter long lines, so that he can get the tickets. Even, that lot of’dalals’ were present there! They are harming a lot.
