Huge improvement and less looting people needed

Positives


The system of providing solution to existing problem inside the coach is quite speedy. However why the in-train staff never remain alert on the issues that are quite vissible to them wait until we lodge a complaint?


Quality of food has improved though


Negatives


1)Proactive attention by the in train staff is the must


2)Must look at the restaurant looting customers e.g. the basic price of the dish is 170 and I had to pay 244?


3)Out of 4 orders I did(if required can provide PNR), 2 orders were without any confirmation calls, 1 was never delivered only at a city place like Kalyan


4)Why do you charge for cancelled wait listed ticket. Its just loot us nothing else
