Before this irctc website launch we use to standinq in the Railway station for book the train and main thing if we want to book Tatkal its really very challenging one.
But now I am enjoying the irctc site very much and I am so happy.I am always use to go home in holidays and some weekends So I need to book tickets is my mandatory one. So the irctc website is very use and even I can book the tickets during my working time I don’t want to spend separate time for booking and very easy way.
Even we don’t want to type the names for booking we can save the passenger list in the site and we can retrieve the passenger list during booking. So railway service is mind blowing very good system they are providing. I love and very useful system .
