Indian railways is only organization in India which is used by Indian to move one place to another place. And due to Technology people are using Internet ticket I have following question which I am unable to understand
(1) For AC travelling govt of India charges Sevrice Tax but my question is that if person not travel/or Use service by railways why not service tax refunded
(2) Some in Waiting ticket when due to railways mistake I am Not able to perform my Journey My Full Money should be refunded.
(3) Why MP Quata is Every train?
