Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
our names are Dora and Emil and we are writing to you because of an amazing experience we had at the Bandra Terminus in Mumbai with the DY. Station Superintendent Navin Kumar Sinha on December 29th, 2019.
After we booked a train ticket on the IRCTC website we didn’t realize that we were only on the waiting list and didn’t actually have a ticket. We were really stressed and upset once we found out 2 hours before our train was supposed to leave, however Mr. Sinha helped us turn the situation around. He helped us book a new ticket, we planted a tree in the beautiful garden between the train tracks and had an overall amazing experience.
Especially during the hard times of the Coronavirus right now we just wanted to let you know that Mr. Sinha helped us get out of a terrible situation and made a long lasting impact on us and the impression we have on India!
We hope that you value him as the amazing person he is!
