Irctc.co.in got a nice makeover but there service is remain pain full as previous. If you want to book ticket in TATKAL then it will be better find a DALAL. When I query regarding this why it happen to support of irctc.co.in they mail me due to heavy traffic and long ques of request.
Does it make any seance, if google offer to irctc to handle there site how they ? Behind the scene all are making money they are not providing the service. Recently form last 3 days I am trying to access there mobile version website https://irctcmobile.co.in/ but god knows what they doing, it is down and they say.

If railway ministry not have interest and they not making illegal or illicit then why they depending on this only after all irctc is not a government organization there are lots of private organization have more and better infrastructure than irctc.
