I am using both its rail service as well as flight ticketing service.
It provide great user interface to booking the ticket.
All services are great except tatkal ticket booking.
In tatkal booking lot of efforts are needed to book a ticket, but it also ok as compare to avoid long queue in tatkal ticket booing at railway station.
It provide best catering service in train as well as station.
