I am user of irctc from last 1 year and I am happy to book genral kota ticket it is very esay to book ticket on the website you must register on irctc for booking .
I am not happy to book tatkal kota ticket becuse when I am try to book tatkal ticket and I am fill all requirements an then proces to pay than website say session expired I am try many times to book tatkal tickets but I am not succesfuly book any one ticket .
The service of irctc.co.in for booking tatkal ticket is very bad I suggest you U want to book tatkal ticket than your internet connection is very high . The website is also very slow loading
And thats why I am not happy completely from irctc.co.in
