Railway minister announced that the frustrating experience with irctc booking will change from now on. Months passed by don’t see any results. They have only changed the UI but the user experience booking the tickets is still the same. You can never book tatkal tickets, the site is incredibly slow, it expires perfectly at the time when you’re about to make payment. Yet again a false promise to improve the site.
