IRCTC.co.in is one of the sites which has kept on improving since it has started. Every time a new problem arise and it comes out with an outstanding remedy.
I remember those old days when it was a big headache to book a ticket on irctc site. And booking tatkal ticket was almost an impossibe task. It was mostly because of the numerous agents who used to signin at the time tatkal ticket booking starts and increase the load on the site.
IRCTC has limited the number off tickets per user and number of users booking ticket in the morning when the rush/load is high which have helped everyone.
