When it started it looked good, people realized that train services are being upgraded, but after few years it brought a realization that train services will remain stagnant and will never improve whether we bring Bullet or Rocket trains in India.And the slowest Tatkal and extra premium Tatkal system of IRCTC is the "feel good service with worst experience".
