I was just fan of IRCTC...each and every ticket I book from IRCTC only.But one day I made bboking of Indrayani train which is from Pune - Mumbai dated 6th Aug 2006.It was e-ticket.But train gets cancelled b’coz of Heavy rains in Mumbai.So by rule I should get refund but till date i.e. 5 months after that I didn’t receive a single paisa.It really disappointed me. I have mailed them on 7th Aug regarding this issue and I got reply that your money will be refunded after 90 days.Now already 5 month i.e. 150 days are over but still I didn’t receive money.
I have mailed them 3 -4 times after 90 days but they are just ignoring it I think.’Coz I haven’t received a single reply yet.I have forwarded their mail which they sent to meon 9th Aug thatmoney will be refunded to ur account after 90 days.But still they are not looking into this matter.
