IRCTC.co.in is the worst site that you can trust when most needed. I’ll compare the Site with Indian Trains( fully Occupied, late, you cannot trust them). In reference to Tatkal Seva: the reservation window and the site is full of PIMPS.
If you are non-violent then you have no chance to get a Tatkal reservation easily. Everybody there is ready to fight. Don’t even think about booking a Tatkal ticket Online( it is Sin).
Some of the Employees booking the Tatkal Tickets are the same.they too are like Indian trains Relaxed and easy.
