Booking tickets on India Railway’s is a nightmare. Why cant Govt increase more trains when so much of need exist. Why should I plan my trip based on ticket availability. Why cant I travel as per my wish ?
Its shameful to say that India rail website don’t open during peak times and Govt keep publishing that hackers are eating bandwidth. Why irctc website is not outsourced to Google so that proper technology can be used.
