IRCTC is very slow website and it takes huge amount of time even to load. I am really disappointed with the performance of IRCTC website, while booking a ticket whether it is tatkal or normal IRCTC takes huge amount of time for booking.
Once I was booking my ticket and during that the IRCTC server get down, and my money debited from my account, when I complained about my transaction failure IRCTC team said that your money will be refunded within 4 to 5 days .So it was very disappointing moment for me.
