Lot of improvisation in its services is required

As compared to its earlier version, now somehow its services are getting better, but still a long way to go for a perfect service towards customers.


Content - It is the only weblink to make a booking for rail tickets, almost each and every railway booking is available in this platform with detailed structure like timings, class etc.


Information depth - it is also OK, every content regarding railway ticket booking is available but without a proper interface or speed whats the use of all this, when customers are not getting their requirements on time.


Technical response - its almost poor when can say especially when we are going to book a Ticket under Tatkal, whenever I reach a payment checkout page, its gets disconnected and again I had to feed the details, till then everything goes off.


Time to load - Its simply bad or poor, during peak hours, when there is a need for ticket bookings, it doesn’t gets uploaded on time and again and again I have to refresh every moment which is very frustrating.


Service and Support - No way, you need to wait for too long to get a query reply from their staff especially on e-mail, but, anyhow their refund process is good and always on time what we have observed.


There is a lot to improve at their end, to make it a user friendly and betterment for their own services and for customer support too.
