What happens to the website at tatkaal booking time if u want that only agents can book tickets or tickets should b dispatched from tatkal counter so y u people are giving such a damn services which is of no use to us better stop online tatkal booking facility.
I am very much unhappy with the online tatkal facility so I will suggest to peoples better go to tatkal counter or booked through certified agents that will only solve our purpose.
