I booked IRCTC Tirupati darshan package. Right from the time I booked the tickets in Secunderabad IRCTC office, I had complete bad experience in the entire tour. Till you buy any package ticket from them they speak very politely, after you buy a package ticket from them, they not even border or respond to you properly. When we booked a ticket from them, there was a mistake in the passenger information of us, so next day we went to IRCTC Secunderabad to get it rectified they were not at all concerned to listen to us, one of the tour co-ordinater was responding to us 4 th class government employee. So we kept quiet and left the place.
On the day of departure we got a call from the same IRCTC office saying that we will be getting a free water bottle from a store in secunderabad railway platform 1 named " JAIN VIHAR"( blue color board which is located exactly at the centre of the platform 1 of Secunderabad railway station), I had only half an hour for my train to departure to Tirupati I went to jain vihar( the store which was said by IRCTC people that I will be getting free water bottle for my journey), now my real worst experience starts I say a man of age around 24 to 25 at the counter, when I shown him to the free bottle coupons given by IRCTC to collect my water bottle he said me its not here then I roamed entire platform and finally came to know that I will be getting free water bottles in same shop were I went, then wen I asked him why you didn’t gave me at first time I enter he started using vulgar language in the mean time I called IRCTC office to complain then they were not even listen to me and asking 101 question, which where and why?, and even they shut my phone.
After my tour I call called all the head office branches of IRCTC in cities like Delhi, Mumbai to launch my complaint none of them were not giving proper response and were trying to escape.
In conclusion I would like to say is don’t go to any IRCTC tour and packages its not the place for educators one you book a ticket package from them, if at all any problem happens at tour then if you scram or cry no one in IRCTC tour and package department will come and help you.
