I was one of the first few employee of Iris back in 1992. We were not more than 10 employees in Car garage and Servant quarters of Hauz Khas SFS apartments. I am down the memory lane and have a very good memories of my early professional years. Personally I learnt lot as goes with any small company. Anil Apte was my mentor.
Advice to young professionals: Dont entirely depend on the company to steer your carrer. Specially in current global economic environments. At times I do agree that top management used to put Cart before the Horse, but thats where your own professional judgement comes. I did have my own small professional differences when I left in 1999, but I still cherish my time at Iris. Its a good company to work for.People are working there after all for so many years.
