It seems IRIS’s HR dept is itself confused they want to hire the person or not , still executing hiring processes, wasting time of candidates, I am in interview process with this company for last one and half month, asked to appear for face to face round many times which even big IT giants like TCS. Infi is not having in place even.I cant understand what they want to prove, or they are not in sync with their technical department.
I have been through with 1 telephonic round , then asked for f2f with promise that we will extend offer same day, I attend the same and cleared 2nd round then asked that our VP is not available today, so we will send you offer via email, then after few days again called up for f2f with issue that VP only want to meet f2f, so we will extend offer same day, I have gone for f2f meeting with VP, again same line , we will get back to you via email with offer as everything is through.
No contact after this meeting for 15 days, When I follow up then given reason that we are not sure we need to hire new person or not as we have some people got free and on bench.
After 20 days I got call with a sorry that our Technical Person who was expected to take the decision was out of country and he is back now, so you need to come for one more f2f round last time.Crap, If that technical person was going to take the decision then why I have been called for this f2f with VP.Come on...
Well 3rd F2f is scheduled and just few hours before to this I am getting an update that again there is some change , please wait for next update.
I am not getting what IRIS is , Even big IT companies are not having such interview process where he/she need to appear for f2f interview 3 times and still no result just complete waste of time.
I will not recommend this company to any new joinee. I agree with -ve feedbacks on this portal for this company.
