Irumugan has a good theme, but lacks good direction. The movie has several lagging scenes. The dirctor, Anand Sankar fails to portray a perfect flick. the movie claims to be a science fiction, doesn’t have a good story. And in the case of cast performances, Chiyan Vikram has done an amazing job. The movie wouldn’t been even an average flick if the villain role was not done by him. Love, the villain was perfect, reminded me about Jocker in batman movies. And about Nayantara and Nitya Menon, both have done good job with screen presence and performance. I expected a lot from Haris Jayaraj( music director) . But songs truely disappointed me, background score was good. Irumugam is an average, one time watchable movie with good cast performances and bad plot
