Very promising lead actors Parineeti and Arjun have played their roles very naturally ; and kudos to the team at YRF for dealing with a sensitive subject with the right dose of everything :-)
The screenplay did get slow at times but the good part was there wasn’t too much drama or emotions which could have otherwise been an overkill for a movie which already has a negative theme. The end was non-dramatic and the movie scores well for depicting reality very aptly .
However from a filmy standpoint , I believe the end could have been the opposite and that would have given viewers something to cheer about. We watch movies for fun and it could have ended on a happy note.
Watch the movie - you’ll come out all sad but slowly images of the lead cast will keep flashing before you ; because of the way they have played their characters.
Ishaqzaade and Pareshan take the pick from among the tracks ; you can keep listening to them forever.
