The aim of the film is apparent from the posters itself. The makers want to titillate the audience. People going into the theatre with that aim are bound to get majorly disappointed as the film has very little hot and steamy scenes. For a film supposed to be about a threesome there is not even an actual threesome in the film. The screenplay has a generous amount of strange stuff like a grown woman making love to two teenage boys, a horny guy who thinks of threesome but only in a marriage. Believe us, the film is w-e-i-r-d.Ishq Junoon comes across as a b-grade film due to the sloppy direction. Instead of getting aroused the audience would find themselves laughing at the film. It is quite unintentionally hilarious.The editing could have made the first half more crisp. Music doesn’t play a major role in the film.

Ishq Junoon is not only a bad film, but neither does it fulfill the promise of titillation. It rather ends up making a fool of itself.
