This review is about the product & not a job with them
I had been using pest control services of Godrej hi care since over a decade in hyd. As it got acquired by ISS, I continued the services. Interesting, their service level & commitment goes up only during renewal of the annual contract. I made the biggest mistake in renewing their contract for 2 years. Since last 2 months, they call me every week or two weeks on monday & today was on sunday - the conversation is as follows:
Customer rep: Madam, Can I send the service person today?
I: I have always asked for service on saturday since the last years as I shall be at home.
Customer rep: Mam, Can I call you on friday for the appointment on SAturday.
I: Sure. thanks.
Customer rep:(politely). Thank you mam
Last 3-4 weeks, there is a change where I say, you never call me on friday but call me on monday. Is there a reason? The customer rep will apologize profusely and say, sorry mam I will definitely call up. Please "trust" me.
& the saga continues. Ofcourse twice, the technician called up on saturday to tell me - madam I am coming to your house now for service & I go: I am outside. How do you expect me to sit at home waiting for you . Did you take appointment? The technician says - yes mam. And I am - WOW - I didnt know I am giving appointments in my sleep!
