To describe istanbul in a 100 words...You can miss seing Paris, Rome, Venice but dont miss Istanbul if you can help.
The place is a history buff’s dream. Go see the works of
Mimar Sinan for Sulaiman the Magnificient. Strongly recommended to see are the Aya Sofia and the Sulaimane Mosque and of course Topkapi from where the greatest of Ottoman Sultans including Sulaiman ruled from. It is also the safest and friendliest city in europe(and asia). Hey dont miss a Hamam treatment. I would recommend the Chemberlitas Hamami its 500 years old. In case anyone is interested I used Yalla Tours in the US(800 644 1595) to
arrange the package tour and the service was excellent.
