Itam games is launchpad for new P2E Games releasing their NFT in an INO ( initial NFT offering) . I bought an NFT for Rs. 600 for lime oddessy game which held an INO on itam games. I still haven’t recieved my nft in my wallet its been a month. Itam games customer service representative said it’s not their fault I need to talk to game officials. Though I bought it on itam games instead of the game, so isn’t it their responsibility I recieve my NFT. Horrible customer service
