My first attempt to try out iTasveer and what a disaster it was. Placed an order of 10 prints, to check out the services and it was never delivered. When I wrote to them today, I was informed, their printer had crashed. Just wondering if their whole service is based on a single printer.
Reading the last review, his experience was same as mine. Since when is their Printer down? and don’t they have an obligation to inform customer’s about delay?
I will definitely not recommend this to anyone.
