I wanted to create a personalized calender as a new yr gift for my husband and I tried out itasveer.com. I liked their website and design creations and got carried away. When I ordered there was a discount on all calenders but the code did not work. I wrote to them about it but no response for more than 48 hours. Should have realized their poor service right then !!
However, since I wanted delivery before Jan 1, I ordered the product on full price on Dec 24th. Estimated delivery was promised by 28th Dec so I was assured I could give it to my husband on Jan 1. However, Jan 1 came and went and no gift...even after several emails no response till Jan 4th. There’s also no contact number anywhere on their website to call them.
Today it is 8th Jan and still no delivery of my calender...every time I email them, after 3 days get a response it is shipped and will be delivered soon !!! no tracking update on their website either..Again on 6th Jan I get an assurance it has been shipped and the tracking is updated on their website but nothing is delivered or updated.
It is absolutely pathetic service and totally ruined my new yr surprise for my husband. Order from them only if you want to ruin your gift !!!
