Don’t get into the rumors with respect to the comments made by other people , I had worked with ITC Infotech for 15 Months I don’t find any thing bad about the organization except Appraisals and worked with 3 different manager all are very Cooperative. If we struck ed in any technical issues my manager’s have to provide some technical information and they use to stay along with us still issues got resolved.
Some guys might have issues with their managers because of this you cannot blame organization and you have all the right to escalate to higher authorities or change the project.
Now I think ITC Infotech have many projects in-hand and their is lot of scope for on-site too if any one is interested.
