This is a company good for politicians. The top to middle management of this company is corrupted. Don’t compare it with ITC. If some one of you thinking of joining this company then please do have clear picture what you will get after joining this company.
Salary revision is not done properly in last couple of years almost no hike to there employee. Easy to get in but more difficult to get out from the company. Notice period is three months from a candidate end no buying of notice period by your future employer. But if company wants then they can fire a candidate without giving notice period, just three month basic even less than one month salary. You may have to work for 5 days or 6 days a week, no extra pay for one day increase. Poor HR Policies . Medical benefits are horrible, hardly any amount you can get from policies. Suppose your claim is 50, 000/- as per the company policy you may get not more than 25000/- rest from your pocket No big hospitals are covered. They can move resources from one location to another location without giving re-establishment cost only they will provide air or train ticket and packers and movers. If they are moving candidate from Bangalore to Mumbai where cost of living differs don’t expect company will give any hike to there employee. HR are not approachable, not friendly in nature all depends upon your immediate boss .
The profile they offer at the time of interview will not be provided after you join the company. you may get same work in different variation of salary ( one person is getting 250, 000/- PA for the work , another person is getting 10.00000 /- PA for the same work. Don’t expect leave from this company, it will become a nightmare if you request for leaves. Employees are forced to resign if they don’t have suitable project. Most of the person in the senior management are from third party vendor hence they know there strength and weaknesses hence they will not let you grow in the organization if you are coming from a good background. Suggestion - If you have really good friend working in this organization please do take there suggestion and think thrice before becoming a part of this organization.
In my tenure in itc infotech ltd I have seen them hiring almost 500 employee for a project but due to recession when the project is going on hold they have fired all 500 employee within two months of joining.
Decide before you do make any move. Your future may get isolate
