Hello friends, I am sharing my review about Itel S21. I bought this smartphone about 6 months ago. Looking of this phone is very good but this is the only good thing in this phone. The phone has a 8mp rear and 5 mp front camera. The phone has a poor quality camera. The phone has only 1gb ram which is not enough. The phone has very little processing speed due to its 1.1 GHz low quality processor. And the big thing the phone has 2700 mAh battery which is very low. The phone doesn’t have battery backup of more than 3 hours.Itel’s customer care service is very poor.There is no customer care service centre in my area. I don’t suggest anyone to buy this.Thanks
