Never ever file a return through iTrust. They cannot file simple retruns as well. Their software never work and will end up submitting wrong return on your behalf.
You may get an intimation from tax department to pay more taxes because of wrong filing by iTrust. Never get satisfactory response from their executives.
Their customer service numbers do not answer most of the time and you just don’t know what repercussions you will need to bear because of their stupidity. I doubt if they have actuals CA’s doing the job.
