Unethical Business Practice

They are big liars. For Covid lockdown my flight was cancelled in April. Upon inquiry ixigo told me that money has been sent to my account on end July, 2020. At that time I couldn’t figure it out, whether money has arrived at my bank account.


The claim by ixigo that they have sent money on July was completely false. Only after Supreme Court’s order to refund full amount ixigo credited refund amount on end October, 2020 on my bank account. They used unethical business practice to hold my money for long time. Big liars. No more booking with ixigo
