Please do not get misguided by the Ixigo App which shows Travel Assurance which is just a Fake and False Assurance given by them because they do not give any confirmation but instead charge Rs 900 per person and will refund in the form of a coupon which has a catch that I can be used within 7 days only which is not possible for any Traveler. Also when I opted for travel they asked me ro pay convenience fees of Rs 384 again a false and fraud of money. They also will not allow you to use your coupon doe 2 separate bookings in 7 days time . Worst Customer service. All in all the app is just a fraud
