This site is only looking for looting people of their money. I’ll tell you how:
1) First of all they have very cheap website in which they don’t even know that when talking about night 9 o’clock you should either write 21:00 or 09:00 pm.
2) They are extremely rude to customers and even raise their voice while talking with the customers
3) They ask for’proof’ and when I asked if giving proof will get me my refund they’re saying we’ll have to "process it". and when I asked that if after processing it will I get my refund they’re saying’it’s not possible’. So why are you asking for proof in the first place?!?!?
4) I have cancelled my flight from the airlines directly and was sent an email from the airlines that the refund of Rs 880/- has been processed to the original method of payment, which was via this website. When I logged into ixigo website and tried to find out the status of my refund, they’re showing that the airline is taking the whole ticket amount as cancellation charges and that they didn’t receive any refund from the airlines at all. This is such a shameless lie and they’re not even giving any email in their website for sending queries or complaints.
Extremely disappointed in an India-origin company and ashamed of my fellow countryfolk for making such a horrible site for tricking people and stealing their money.
