Terrible Experience with ixigo Guarantee – Total Rip-Off!
I am extremely disappointed with ixigo and their so-called "Guarantee" service. I paid extra for ticket confirmation assurance, and yet ALL THREE of my tickets are stuck in RAC! What exactly did I pay the extra amount for? This feels like a scam.
To make matters worse, now if I choose to cancel, I get NO REFUND at all! How are three people supposed to travel on RAC tickets? This is absolutely ridiculous and completely defeats the purpose of paying for a "guarantee."
ixigo is clearly making money off helpless travelers without actually providing any real benefit. Their policies are misleading, and customer service is nowhere to be found when you need them the most. Avoid this guarantee at all costs – it’s just a money-making gimmick.
