ixigo is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.

Fraud company. Do not book from IXIGO.

Do not book from Ixigo. Service is so poor. I have made a request to cancel my tickets atleast 5-6 times but still it won’t happened. Why are they charging convenience fees? I have to get my tickets cancelled directly from airlines and they have refunded money to Ixigo but Ixigo is not returning my money. Such a fraud company. Do not book due to cheap prices.

Hey Vibhor, the cancellation was initiated on 25th April and the applicable refund for go air PNR was processed the same day since we received it from the airline. For Vistara PNR, the refund took time from the airline for 1 passenger as changes to the ticket were made with the airline directly. We were following up with the airline for clarity and processed the refund as soon as we have received it from the airline. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.
