ixigo is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
Even if the Airline had returned money to ixigo, Ixigo hold my money(of cancelled flight) for many months. They used money of many people for their survival(Because of the impact of COVID). Upon request, they told that they have sent money to my Bank account & retrieve the money from my Bank account. But they never sent it to me.
