ixigo is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
24th of November my air india flight was cancelled by airline. Same i did on ixigo app. Wait3d for 7 days. On 2nd got what’s app msg my money is already credited when i checked nothing came in my account. Afters days of waiting and calling custom care. Now close to 17 days for the refund. They have again mailed me to wait for 7 more days.
I seriously doubt there intention and now in fear in loosing 19k.
Hopefully cops will help me after 7 days which than will be close to 20 days without refund.
Worst app ever please dont use it.
