I have taken ticket for my family from Ixigo site to fly TVM to Dammam using Indigo Airlines. Due to corona outbreak Indigo cancelled the service and they sent me a mail that they have refunded the money to Ixigo. I forwaded the mail to Ixigo Yesterday still there is no responds from Ixigo side. I sent many reminders, butthey are ignoring tge mail. What a nonsense it is. You need to refund the money.
